Available tools

Barbaro helps assistants find published house pizzas, ingredients and flour information, calculate dough quantities, inspect ingredient balance, organize bake timing and make shopping lists from supplied batches. These public tools do not require a Barbaro account. The Agents guide records examples, dated client results and current limits.

A supporting browser can also read an eligible pizza open in Build, including your current edits. It cannot edit, save or open your private Library. Interactive calculator support depends on the assistant host. A separate private Dough connection requires sign-in, permission for selected recipes and a separate review before each save. Public catalog connections never gain those permissions. The Agents guide distinguishes available connections from testing and pending directory listings.

Information sent to an assistant

Catalog requests include the endpoint and search or filter parameters you send. Calculation requests include the formula inputs, custom flour labels or selected public ingredient identifiers needed for that calculation. Results include quantities, warnings and related public source information.

A calculator continuation link can include the formula in its URL fragment. Anyone who receives the complete link can read those formula inputs.

Planning requests include the stages, duration ranges, time zone and target time you provide. Shopping requests include your already-sized dough batches and any supported public pizza references. The results organize your supplied timing and ingredient quantities. They do not infer fermentation readiness or missing topping amounts, and they do not save a plan or place an order.

The Build page tool sends the displayed build title, selected ingredient labels, including custom labels, balance meters and warnings. This can include unsaved edits. It supports eligible scratch builds and published house pizzas. Library, lineup, share-link, administrator and guest-pizza contexts are excluded.

Keep passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens and private notes out of public requests. Review what you send to your assistant. Its provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy, and Barbaro cannot recall copies already received by another service.

With a private Dough connection, your chosen assistant can receive the names, notes and formulas of permitted recipes and the results of separately approved saves. Review the selected recipes and proposed changes before authorizing them. You can remove access in Account. Removing access preserves saved recipes and cannot recall information already sent. Service providers receive technical request information needed to operate their services. Response caching settings do not establish what a provider logs or how long it retains information. The provider and retention explanations in Barbaro's Privacy notice apply. No universal retention period for assistant requests is promised.

Using the public tools

Use documented interfaces within their request limits. Do not bypass access controls, probe private accounts or treat an undocumented response as permission to access more information. If requests are refused or temporarily unavailable, reduce or stop requests instead of repeatedly retrying.

Keep unknown fields unknown and distinguish published facts, calculated results and an assistant's suggestions. Ingredient balance values describe Barbaro's calculator model, not measured nutrition. Dough quantities do not predict fermentation readiness or guarantee a baking result.

Interfaces can change as experiments progress. A dated compatibility result describes what was tested, not a promise that every assistant or future version will work. Check the current guide before integrating a client.

Preserve source links and maker credits. API access does not itself grant permission to redistribute photographs, substantial written material or third-party content, or to use that material for model training. Contact Jeff about those uses. These terms grant no additional content rights.
